The Electric Guitar
The DS-Telecaster
This is an electric guitar I built fully from scratch. I had made a few other guitars before this, so could apply my acquired knowledge to make this fully functional.
Timeline:
June 2018
Started the build
I had just started he process of building the guitar. I wasn't aware of the intricacies but was very determined to finish it.
August 2018
Finished the body
I finished making the body, but hit a few first dead ends.
-The frets were not available.
-Such a small bridge wasn't available in the market
-Such small pickups were not available in the market.
With no choice and a lot of time and effort already invested in the project i decided to make my own bridge and pickups from scratch. I made the bridge from an old l clam lying around at home and the pickups by winding copper wire around neodymium magnets.

We were learning the chapter electromagnetism. I presented the working f the guitar in order to get my classmates interested in the topic
