E-cigarette (vape) fume detector
This device can be connected to your network wirelessly. It utilizes a particulate sensor that detects any kind of fume or smoke that is visible. The sensor updates its findings on a web server every four seconds. It can be used in various place where cigarettes and E- cigarettes are not permitted. The dev9ice was built with the primary purpose to solve the problem of teen nicotine addiction.
Future plans
I want to add more sensors to this device to detect the PG and VG in the fume of e-cigarettes. This will make the device more accurate and concentrated to only one type of vapor. For this, I may need to develop my own custom sensors.
